Service Policy
- Our services are available all over Pakistan. However, some remote areas may have limited availability and require prior confirmation.
- Lahore Kar Rental provides rent a car services with drivers only.
- We do not offer rent a car services without driver under any circumstances.
- All our drivers are licensed, experienced, knowledgeable about routes in Pakistan.
- Our Drivers are responsible for the safety of the Passengers and Vehicle, only.
- The maximum driving time for our drivers is 10 hours a day.
- Smoking, Drinking Alcohol, or carrying illegal items in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- All vehicles are insured for accidental damages. However, personal belongings of customers are not covered under insurance.
- Lahore Kar Rental reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct, safety concerns, or legal restrictions.

Booking & Payment Policy
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance via Call, WhatsApp, or Email.
- A booking is considered valid once confirmed by our support team.
- Payments can be made in cash to the driver, or via bank transfer/online transfer.
- An Advance deposit of 30% is required for every booking.
- Children under 12 must travel with an adult. Lahore Kar Rental does not rent vehicles directly to minors under 18, even with a driver.
- We make every effort to provide comfortable services to elderly and differently-abled passengers. Customers are requested to inform us in advance for special assistance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All advance deposits for wedding & Luxury Car bookings is non-refundable.
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours, before the scheduled trip.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made more than 12 hours, before the scheduled trip.
- 30% Refund: Cancellations made more than 04 hours, before the scheduled trip.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 04 hours, before the scheduled trip.
- A full refund will be provided for cancellations due to extraordinary circumstances beyond anyone's control, such as government-declared curfews, natural disasters, or major political unrest, which make the trip impossible or illegal.
Safety & Responsibility Policy
- We ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and insured.
- Customers are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings during the trip.
- Lahore Kar Rental is not responsible for any loss of valuables left in the vehicle.
- In the unlikely event of an accident, theft, or vandalism, customers must immediately notify our 24/7 support line and follow the instructions provided.
- Customers are requested to cooperate with drivers regarding road safety and rest breaks for long-distance trips.
